Get Found On The Internet: A Crash Course In SEM

Greetings, PPC Without Pity fans and RISE attendees! Last Wednesday, I gave a presentation on search engine marketing basics as part of RISE Week 2012. The session was limited to 25 attendees, and I’m proud to say I had a full audience of great, inquisitive people.

I wanted to post my slides online for the reference of the attendees, and anyone else who is interested in learning about the basics of PPC and SEO. You can download the PDF here:

Feel free to share this, post it on your website, or use it in a non-commercial way. But if you do, I would greatly appreciate a link back to as the original source.

If you’re interested in additional search engine marketing presentations, I have them uploaded on the PPC Presentations page on this site.

Thanks again to RISE for their support, and the very excellent entrepreneurs who attended the session.

Nice set of slides boiling down a complex subject (actually 2 subjects) into the basic elements. Regarding using the slides “it in a non-commercial way”, do you define that in the way creative commons licence would, i.e you can take it and use it even if your are a commercial organisation, but basically not(re)sell it?
